# ClaimAppConstants

`ClaimAppConstants` extends the framework `AppConstants` base class with the claim domain's user-facing message strings and the logical Oracle portal key. Centralizing these literals here means every LegalNet manager that inherits `ClaimAppManager` shows identical wording for claim-not-found, confidential-denial, and confirm-delete prompts.

## Purpose
- Provides the single source of truth for claim-facing message text, avoiding string duplication across the LegalNet managers.
- Declares `DPIClaimKey`, the logical portal key (`"ClaimDPI"`) every claim manager uses to look up its Oracle data-portal handle ([BR-CLM-013](../../business-rules.md#br-clm-013-claim-database-user-pinned-to-clm)).

## Behavioral notes
- `ClaimAppConstants.vb` carries a redundant file-level `Imports SAIF.Application.Claim`, importing its own root namespace; this has no functional effect.*
